Throughout the 30 minute core and stretch you will be challenged with balance, endurance and mobility.  Strengthening your core does not just mean working toward those six pack abs – it also means building up your ability to stabilize/hold in different positions and postures. 

Stretching is something none of us do enough of – yet it is one of the most important parts of a balanced fitness program! Increasing flexibility in your muscles allows them to grow, plus helps prevent injuries from occurring!
