30 minutes of class and your instructor will get you warmed up and ready for an ever-changing, intense, quick workout for maximum fat burning, cardio and strength benefits.  Class format can be similar to Met-Con, Tabata, AMRAP, completion, etc.  Workouts will be about 30 minutes (plus warm up and cool down/stretch).

HIIT: Short for High Intensity Interval Training – this method uses intense bursts of exercise followed by rest intervals to provide maximal results in a shorter

amount of time than conventional training methods, with superior results. This 60 minute class if 30 minutes of HIIT is followed by 30 minutes of Core! We don’t just call this class Abs because we train the entire core, including the low back and stabilizers. This class is 30 minutes and can use the ball, BOSU, other training tools, or just the mat.

Located in our personal training room, the TRX Suspension training system is utilized to challenge all muscles, and improve core strength, balance and coordination.

Links the postures practiced in a regular Hatha class into a sequence of movements that "flow" with the breath. Variations on the Sun Salutation are often

used as a warm-up followed by a standing sequence, balancing poses and then seated poses. As in all classes, relaxation (Shavasana) ends the class. Happy Medium Yoga is recommended for students who have practiced Hatha Yoga and are interested in exploring a more movement-oriented class. Flow based Hatha Yoga builds strength, endurance, and a strong focus. Modifications are offered if you are just getting started.

(3) Proper footwear must be worn in the studio. (4)No outside shoes please. (5) Yoga participants – please bring your own yoga mat. (6)Minimum class size is 3 participants. (7)If online sign up is less than 3 participants two hours prior to class, the class will be canceled. (8)For the safety and enjoyment of your fellow participants, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your class start time. (9)No perfumes/fragrances as we have participants with severe allergies and asthma. (10)Sign up for classes online is mandatory. Please advise front desk if you have not received a password for your online account. (11) Schedule is subject to change – please refer to on-line sign-up for up to the minute instructor changes or cancellations.
