Bring Your Own Band!  This 30 minute class targets the glutes, inner thighs, outer hips, hamstrings and quads.  Fitness loops available for sale at the front desk or at most sporting goods stores.  Don’t have a band?  No problem, this class can be done with no band.  We will also use the step, weights and other props to amp up the intensity.
