HIIT + Core

HIIT: Short for High Intensity Interval Training – this method uses intense bursts of exercise followed by rest intervals to provide maximal results in a shorter amount of time than conventional training methods, with superior results. This 60 minute class if 30 minutes of HIIT is followed by 30 minutes of Core! We don’t just call this class Abs because we train the entire core, including the low back and stabilizers. This class is 30 minutes and can use the ball, BOSU, other training tools, or just the mat.
