This class is for those looking to deepen their practice. We will advance further into more challenging poses and balances and obtain a further understanding of our bodies and their yoga capabilities. We move at our own pace and offer many modifications to slowly allow your body to further itself into a more advanced pose. The use of blocks, straps, and other tools are welcome to class. This class is designed for those who have surpassed beginner’s yoga and are looking to try more challenging balances, holding a pose longer and understanding inversions.
