Fast Fit Open

Hectic schedule?  We get it!  Fast Fit Open offers flexible start times.  The 75-minute window allows for staggered start times.  Show up anytime within the first 30 minutes of class and your instructor will get you warmed up and ready for an ever-changing, intense, quick workout for maximum fat burning, cardio and strength benefits.  Class format can be similar to Met-Con, Tabata, AMRAP, completion, etc.  Workouts will be about 30 minutes (plus warm up and cool down/stretch).
