Fast Fit Open

Hectic schedule?  We get it!  Fast Fit Open offers flexible start times.  The 75 minute window allows for staggered start times.  Show up anytime within the first 30 minutes of class and your instructor will get you warmed up and ready for an ever-changing, intense, quick workout for maximum fat burning, cardio and strength benefits.  Class format can be similar to Met-Con, Tabata, AMRAP, completion, etc.  Workouts will be about 30 minutes (plus warm up and cool down/stretch).
