Class Descriptions


Get ready for the ride of your life. Exhilarating workout using intervals and drills that are fun, challenging and can be self-paced. Spin and Core is 30 minutes of spin and 30 minutes of core work – the perfect combo! Spin & HITT Combo: go hard with this combination class that integrates off-the-bike high intensity drills – perfect for improving cardio AND burning calories. Spin Mix combines spin with off-the-bike drills. Gentle Spin is a less intense, 45 minute variation of our regular spin class and suitable for most levels, including beginners. Raw Spin is a full 60 minutes of intensity and designed to give you a real-ride feel.


We don’t just call this class Abs because we train the entire core, including the low back and stabilizers. This class is 30 minutes and can use the ball, BOSU, other training tools, or just the mat.


Short for High Intensity Interval Training – this method uses intense bursts of exercise followed by rest intervals to provide maximal results in a shorter amount of time than conventional training methods, with superior results.


We use all the tools and all the toys like TRX, I-Flow, Kettle Bells, etc. Intervals, strength and core – you better bring your energy – sir, yes, sir!!!

MET-CON – Express Metabolic Conditioning 

Met-Con workouts are fast paced, high intensity workouts completed in a short period of time that will challenge your cardiovascular capacity, put your metabolism into overdrive, make your strength gains skyrocket, and rapidly scorch fat.  Walk in, crawl out. Think:  HIIT style training with a sweaty, heart-pounding persuasion!  There is no better form of exercise to burn fat while simultaneously maintaining lean muscle development than Met-Con and, there’s no quicker way to Shredville.


We offer a variety of yoga classes including Vinyasa, Yin and 50/50. Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow: this dynamic flow class will combine physical and mental discipline by focusing on strength, balance, fluidity and breath work. Variations on poses and flows make this class suitable for beginners and those with a regular practice. All Yoga classes held in our upstairs studio. Gentle Yoga is perfect for participants wishing to enjoy the benefits of regular yoga but with modifications and longer poses. Advise your instructor if you have injuries or concerns that could affect your safe enjoyment of any yoga class formats.  Warm Yoga Flow: This flow class will leave you feeling invigorated and balanced. Every class will be unique while covering various asanas, pranayama and meditation techniques. You will finish feeling energized, calm and ready to seize the day.  Note that the room will be heated to between 28 and 30 C for this class.


One of the best fitness classes ever! Moderate choreography that keeps the class interesting and fun with lots of intensity options and even intensity drills to amp up the calorie burn.


The name says it all. In one hour let us take you through a full body muscular conditioning class. We take the guesswork out of exercise programming and you will get the added bonus of fantastic fat burning. 3-In-1 Sculpt alternates upper body, lower body and core exercises to get maximum movements in minimum time.


Finishes with an abs and low back workout and stretch. HIIT & Stretch gives a longer stretch component at the end of your workout.


It’s a bit of everything…and it’s always changing. This format utilizes tools like the BOSU, gliders, step, weights and more, combined with cardio drills like kick-boxing to amp up your routine. Expect longer cardio intervals with weight segments during ‘recovery’.


The Latin dance craze that has taken the world by storm! High energy, great music, fun patterns – and for almost all levels of fitness! Come in and shake those hips and have some fun!


Move like a dancer! Use the moves and exercises dancers use to get in shape and improve flexibility, core and strength. Exercises focus on high repetition and light weights.


What is old is new again! Floor aerobics with high and low impact options and great choreography to give this class a dance-like feeling. Manic


Cultivate core and glute strength while improving your balance and cardiovascular conditioning with suspension training.  This circuit-style class uses your own body weight to deliver a powerful, core-centric and endurance workout. If you love TRX training combined with sweaty cardio – then this class is for you.


Located in our personal training room, the TRX Suspension training system is utilized to challenge all muscles, and improve core strength, balance and coordination.


Work your way through stations using a variety of exercises for strength and cardio. Exercises and equipment will be constantly changing. Our express class is 45 minutes and includes a full body, relaxing stretch.


No one knows glute training better than our in-house National Figure competitor and instructor, Coach J-me.  She has trained glutes with some of the industry’s top figure Pros and renowned track coaches in Alabama, Georgia, and California.  She is thrilled to be bringing these inside trade secrets of glute training to Gravity Fitness! This 45 minute intensive glute-only focused workout that is aimed at strengthening and developing your glutes, the glute-ham tie-in region, the hamstrings, the gluteal fold (yes, that dreaded area), and to a lesser extent, the quadriceps.  Whether you are striving for more aesthetically looking glutes, or you simply want to become more efficient at getting your glutes to fire, to improve your running or prevent injury – then this class is for you!


Intervals, intervals, intervals. Format changes from week to week but expect to use weights, BOSU’s and other equipment to challenge your cardio, strength and core for maximal calorie burn.


30 minutes of glute and leg training using free weights, body bars, steps, BOSU’s, balls, the BARRE, bands and anything else we can think of to tighten, tone and sculpt that lower body.  Please bring your own fitness loop – we have a variety of bands available at the front desk.


This functional fitness class is geared for our 50+ participants (but all are welcome).  Focus is on range of motion, functional living, balance, body awareness, and overall fitness for everyday life.  Each class will end with a short information/discussion session. 


  • Please advise instructor if you are new or if you have any questions or concerns.
  • Proper footwear must be worn in the studio. No outside shoes please.
  • Yoga participants – please bring your own mat.
  • Minimum size for classes is 3 people. Classes will not proceed if minimum numbers are not met.
  • For the safety and enjoyment of your fellow participants, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your class start time.
  • No perfumes/fragrances as we have participants with severe allergies and asthma.
  • Sign up for classes online is mandatory. Advise front desk if you have not received a password for your online account.
