COVID-19 Fall Schedule

Please sign in and book on-line to reserve your spot in any of our group fitness classes. You may reserve up to one week in advance.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURN TO CLASSES AFTER COVID-19
– All Classes are 45 minutes long unless otherwise noted above
– Please advise instructor if you are new or if you have any questions of concerns
– Please read all COVID-19 policies and procedures prior to visiting the club
– Wear your gym clothes to the club if possible as we are discouraging use of changerooms
– No sharing of equipment
– Physical distancing must be maintained at all times, before, during and after class
– Markers are on the floor to designate zones for each participant
– All equipment must be properly disinfected after each class – including dumbbells, bars, tubes, BOSU’s, mats and bikes (if applicable)
– Please do not arrive late or leave early
– No fans are permitted on the gym floor (ceiling fans are ok)
РYou are asked to leave the facility immediately following class and no congregating in the facility 
– Proper footwear must be worn in the studio. No outside shoes please
– Yoga participants – please bring your own yoga mat
– Minimum class size is 3 participants. If on-line sign up is lass than 3 participants two hours prior to class, the class will be canceled
– For the safety and enjoyment of your fellow participants, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your class start time
– No perfumes/fragrances as we have participants with severe allergies and asthma
– Sign up for classes online is mandatory. Please advise front desk if you have not received a password for your online account
– Schedule is subject to change – please refer to on-line sign-up for up to the minute instructor changes or cancellations
